The San Pedro River National Conservation Area is an awesome bird site east of Sierra Vista, the towering cottonwoods and willows harboring a wide variety of birds. We can expect to see several species of sparrow and have the opportunity for such interesting birds as Merlin, Louisiana Waterthrush, and Winter Wren. We will meet in the dirt parking area at the top of the SR83/Patagonia exit (#281) and carpool to the site. Bring binoculars, snacks, and water. Cost is $10/person. Call 520-488-8551 or email email@example.com to register.
