The Huachuca Mountains are legendary among birders for their incredible diversity. On this trip, you will visit the canyon’s western slopes that have made the Huachucas famous. Spring migration will be in full swing, making this an exciting time to view hummingbirds, flycatchers, warblers, and other birds. Wear weather appropriate clothing, hat, sunscreen and sturdy shoes for walking on mountain trails (not too strenuous).Bring snacks or a sack lunch and a water bottle. Binoculars recommended.
